Making a Return?
No Problem! We apologize your order did not work out. Please read through our return policy below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are engraved are non-returnable. (If there is a problem with the engraving please contact us: email@example.com)
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number, name used on the order, and that you would like to return your item. We will email you a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days. You do not pay shipping fees upfront, but your refund will be deducted $7 for a return shipping fee.
All products are exchangeable as long as they follow return guidelines as stated above. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
